The 2/75th Recruiting and Retention Battalion prides itself on surpassing expectations, exceeding objectives, building partnerships, and contributing to the betterment of our old Kentucky home. Our mission is to ensure that the Adjutant General and National Guard Bureau have the strength required to provide both for state side and overseas missions. This is done by building a teamwork environment with Unit Leaders and the Recruiting and Retention Force to take care of Soldiers at all levels of their careers – from Rep to Retirement.  Working together, we develop programs and incentives that reach out into our community to find those who are ready to answer the call of their State and their Country.   Welcome to the Kentucky Army National Guard  Recruiting and Retention page.  I am proud to be serving and sure that you will be too!
